Despite the terrific artwork, a great concept and the participation of the underrated Sharni Vinson, somehow this horror movie ends up like a meal nobody ordered: From the first frame, the audience is parachuted into an already-in-motion plot and is forced to play catch up for some time before piecing the movie together, at which point it becomes obvious that this movie is little more than a conventional B-grade horror entry. There’s nothing much to demarcate it from a hundred several movies, and it gets pretty dull and repetitive fairly quickly. Don’t waste your time.
